All Aboard!

Our last night we spent on the Napa Valley Wine Train.  We had great food, good romance, and an amazing Napa Valley experience.  What a great way to spend our night, seeing the beautiful sites around Napa, giving us a proper goodbye to the area.

"Olive Juice"

I absolutely loved the Olive Tour!  We had some excellent samples, some great wine to go with it, and met some fun people as well!

One If By Land, Two If By Sea

The two of us cruised down the Napa River on a guided boat tour.  This was so relaxing and very entertaining.  I have to say I was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised with the trip.

Up, Up and Away!

Sunday morning we woke up very early to head over for our hot air balloon ride!  They served us a light breakfast before we took off and what an experience that was!  Dan and I really enjoyed the beautiful view of Napa from way up in the air.  After we landed, they prepared a huge breakfast for us where we chatted with the other couples that were on our balloon.  They gave us some great suggestions for restaurants!

Eat Eat Eat

Our first night out we had dinner reservations at Uva Trattoria.  It was great!  After, we stayed to hang out in the Bar.  We listened and danced to live Jazz and Big Band music all night!  They played some great Glenn Miller songs like "Little Brown Jug."  It was a long day of traveling and boy were we tired at the end of the night.

Let the Games Begin!

I was sooo excited to go on our wine tasting in Napa.  Not only do I LOVE good wine, but to have real Napa Valley wine right there was quite the experience!  Our Limo picked us up and broughtus around for 4 hours.  We tried 3 different vineyards which were all amazing!  We ended with a little lunch (and a taste of our new souvenirs!)

Hurry Up and Wait

Our flight was right on time and we arrived at the airport flawlessly.  However, our rental car was not quite ready so we had to wait almost 2 hours!  "Danner the Planner" did not appreciate this set back, but once we got our car we were set for our drive to Napa Valley!  We arrived at the Inn on Randolph and checked in to our nice little cottage.  It even has it's on little private enclosed patio!
